Ryan started his financial services career in 2006 at a start-up, where he built a thriving national sales force from scratch. He later sold the company to Janus Capital Asset Management Group in 2011. He then joined New York Life as a Financial Services Representative, becoming an Executive Council Member and top of his team for sales in his first year. Ryan later joined Principal Financial Group for a management role as an ELP in Leadership Development where he helped develop the Walnut Creek office from 11 advisors to over 30 in under two years. He then joined Prudential as a Manager in the San Ramon office, where he built a scratch unit, honing his coaching and recruiting skills by attracting, hiring and training new advisors. Ryan has developed results-oriented strategies focusing on his strengths in recruiting and retaining successful sales teams. He is also on the Board of Directors of NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) as well as the Chairman of the board for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society for the East Bay Chapter. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife Adrianne and his daughter Grace in the outdoors as well as volunteering in the local community.
